Series 2 begins with the ever-favourite head of the DOOP army; Captain Zapp Brannigan. The 25-star General, leaves his Nimbus behind to feature in our action figure collection. The popularity of his character and the aesthetic quality of Toynami's figure have ensured that this figure too has become hard to find since its original production run in 2008. On offer, we have two New and Sealed figures. These figures are in excellent condition as the pictures, taken just today, display. They have been stored safely away from sunlight since their production so come as close to factory fresh as possible. To purchase simply check out with PayPal above. Packaging

With the Toynami Futurama figures, the box itself is as much an object of beauty as the figure - especially when the box is in as fine, sealed, condition as these are. Having been stored away since their production, the packaging shows only very minimal 'shelfwear'. Unlike many of the figures being sold on eBay, these are actually in New condition. This is probably the last oppportunity to purchase these figures in the same condition they would have been sold back in 2007. As time goes by, and these Futurama figures become ever more collectable, its the figures in the very top condition that are likely to increase in value the most. If you don't like the idea of owning a figure that another collector may not have looked after as well as you would then these are the figures for you.

 This is the first Zapp figure ever produced and looking at these pictures it really makes you wonder why it took so long. How could Leela ever resist that smile? Zapp wears his legendary DOOP General's uniform. The length of his uniform leaves absolutely nothing to the imagination. Hopefully, one day we'll see a homeless Zapp figure on the market! We've not checked but the uniform is either made of real velour or plastic.

  

Accessories

Zapp is packaged along with the most exciting accessory yet; President Nixon's head. Rumour has it that this head is attachable to the Series 3 Bender figure. This is perhaps, understandably, the only President Nixon action figure ever produced. Futurama and Toynami have surely immortalised the 37th President of the USA with this piece. Nixon's legacy now extends beyond Watergate to the contreversial attempted extermination of Earth's entire robot population.
The Build-a-Bot piece included here is a pair of Robot Devil arms which are hidden away somewhere in the packaging. Apparently, the hands are relatively easily dettachable. The original intention was that Fry's hands would be interchangable with the Robot Devil's. However, Toynami reportedly deemed this not feasible after examination of the Moore Action Collectables original figure design.
