Delivery Cost

Delivery rates within the UK (excl. Channel Islands) are as follows;

£3.99 For All Orders under £75
£5.99 For All Orders of £75 or above (with weight under 2kg). This is by Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery

If your order is under £75 and you'd like to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery just let us know and we'll simply invoice the extra £2 delivery cost.

Packaging

We know that when you order collectables from us you want them to arrive in exactly the condition you see them here. As collectors ourselves, we go to every length to ensure that no damage is caused during transit. As such, all items will be packaged carefully and caringly. Figures are generally bubble-wrapped individually before being boxed up for delivery.

Delivery Times

Your item will be shipped out within a few days (and usually straight away). At this point, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming delivery, providing you with an estimated time of arrival and a tracking number if applicable.

Delivery Method

For UK orders, in almost all cases, your order will be despatched via Royal Mail delivery. Your item should arrive with you in just a few days.

International orders are also sent using Royal Mail's international delivery services. Delivery times are slightly longer but, in our experience, most customers have received their item within a week of delivery.

Collection

If you prefer not to wait for your items, all orders can be collected from the Manchester area. Simply e-mail us and we will refund your postage charge and arrange a collection time and date that suits you.

International Orders

Many of our customers are based abroad and we warmly welcome international orders. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please just e-mail us the items you're interested in and we'll be more than happy to provide a shipping quote. We will always offer you the lowest rates we possibly can.

Of course, you can't decide whether you want an item until you know how much postage will cost so please don't hesitate to ask for a quote. Shipping internationally generally works out a lot more economical when purchasing multiple items.

When it comes to placing an international order there are two options. First, you can e-mail us the items you wish to purchase and we'll send a PayPal invoice . Alternatively, you can purchase on the website. Here, you will initially only be charged the domestic delivery rate. After checking the cost of delivery, we will send you a PayPal invoice with the additional international delivery cost.

Orders from outside the EU may be subject to customs charges which are the buyer's responsibility.
