Red Dwarf's immense popularity makes it a mystery that so few Red Dwarf figures were ever produced. Those that did make it to market were released in extremely limited quantities. In particular, the lack of figures of the cult Red Dwarf characters have left us significantly insatiated. Fortunately, a set of amazing heavyweight bobbleheads were produced in very limited quantities. We begin with our favourite and the largest edition; Dave 'Fearless' Lister.
Precious few of these bobbleheads were produced and most were snapped up instantly by collectors. Fortunately, we have two never opened bobbleheads available for those who missed out the first time round! These figures are in excellent condition as the pictures, taken just today, display. Lister one of the biggest tv characters ever to grace our screen so its only right that he comes in a giant package!
Figure
The bobblehead features Lister in the famous Series Three episode 'Polymorph'. The polymroph, featured at the base of the figure attacks the Red Dwarf crew by feeding on their negative emotions. Lister is taken unawares when his kebab (the polymorph) suddenly attacks feeding on his fear. This attack, however, ultimately proved the polymorph's downfall. A newly fearless Lister sets out with a bazookoid and intent on headbutting the creature into smeggin' oblivion.
Fearless Lister is recreated here clutching his Bazookoid and baseball bat in triumphant mood. Also featured on the base of the figure is the Polymorph in boxer form as in one of the most famous scenes in Red Dwarf history.
A fitting homage to one of the best Red Dwarf episodes of all time!
